just go to the local parts store, and get caliper paint, then just clean them up really well, and tape them off, and paint em.

High Temp Engine enamel works better than caliper paint.

Might be cheaper too.

Negative.

Engine Enamel is only good to 500ºF. You've see the calipers on the Chevette.... that was painted with 1200ºF Paint.... and I got it to change color!

i really want to get the windows tinted but i need to scrape up $300 for it... only reason it's so much is because my back glass has tint on it that the guy before me tried takeing off but he stoped at the rear defroster line because he didn't want to mess it up.. if i thought i had it in me to do it at home i could save myself about $90 but that's a mission i'm not ready for yet lol

If the "happy moment" involved lumber, I would not hold that against you.

thier 17x8.5 and i THINK 235/60's... but once again don't quote me, i know thier not the same rolling radius anymore but hey a few miles off shouldn't hurt *knocks on wood*

and it did involve lumber.. just didn't know if that was too much for the crew wanted to hear it..

as for the tinted out lights, i was just thinking of getting euro houseing for them just for a cleaner look.. i don't have the time or paticents to use the nightshade stuff.. also it my front "driving" lights or whatever you want to call them have condicentaion (sp?) in them and i'm not really sure if they'll look any good or not

and pathology didn't you say you lived near the yokes in pasco on near road 68?

I'm willing to bet those are a 50 series with that width, about 1/4" over stock 215/65/15, 60 series would be 2" over stock and the way they look is close to stock.

Your park lights will have condensation in them, they way they are designed causes that. You can reduce the effect by pulling them out of the bumper and cutting (I know, new paint) a notch (if not already there) in the hole where they mount that coincides with the vent hole on the bottom of the light. When you take the light out, you'll see what I mean. This will allow them to drain instead of collecting water that sits on that ledge. I'll try to take a picture of one of mine tomorrow.

There's no gasket in these, they are "welded" together by melting the plastic and the only way to get them apart is with a dremel or something similar.
