Okay decided to to a suspension rebuild on my daily driver 3.1 v6 auto 92 firebird next spring. Has 158,000 miles on it. So I am getting the necessary parts together now.

Got a poly energy suspension bushing kit.
New Ball joints (One is going out but figure I can wait until next spring)

Going to get a set of spindles and a arms (blue89 hopefully)

Already have the rear control arms and panhard bar. I plan on replacing the bushing on the spare set then swap out the parts when that complete.

New inner tire rod ends

Have transam sway bars front and rear. Going for new bushings and end links for these also.

Outer tire rods ends and idler arm were replaced last year
New gear box and power steeering pump only has 12,000 miles on it. Its from my 89 XS.

Trans mount has been replaced. Part of last months engine problem.

Have new shocks and struts probably like 20,000 miles on them.

Have wonder bar installed
Strut tower brace (two point)
Have new rotors and calipers

Not really interested in sub frame conectors on this car.

Questions 1 What springs should I use. With the amount of miles on the car new springs could help the ride.

Is ther any other mods (near stock that I can do)
