That should come with the ECM, MAT sensor, MAP sensor, Heated O2 Narrow Band Sensor, Wiring Harness, o2 Bung, serial>ecm cable, and some other misc pieces.

Didn't have to buy a thing. Gutted my and Mike's old ecms and put our C950 in there. Takes a little trimming, but you can mount the thing right where the factory comp went. You use the outer shell that has the nipple and two mounting holes.

You retain your stock TPS, IAC, Coolant Temp, etc.

There are about 4-7 wires to hook up plus main battery depending on your options. IE: AC, Shift light, automatic park/neutral signal, cooling fans.

Have fun with it! It's a blast to use!

Comes with a very handy instruction book on how to use the software AND how to tune your car. You can find it on holley's website.

That's correct on the ecm box. Keep it's guts in the inside piece. I just used the outer shell.

The serial>ECM cable that it comes with hooks from the ecm to your laptop's serial port. If you don't have a serial port you can get a serial>USB adapter from most electronics stores for about $30.

You can data log yes. Best way though is to have your kid drive while you tune. Just plug in, change a number, done.

hehe, he said 'nipple' Very Happy

Scott, like Paul said you can download the tuning guide from Holley's website if you want to get an advance look at what is involved for the install and tuning.
