where was it taken?

I vote for the Axle in the camaro......jeep is the daily and occasional "recreational use" vehicle.

That does look like fun. Did you bring along sun visors? Very Happy

I vote for the Camaro axle. I want to see daylight under those front tires!

Pictures were up on some side road around Ape Caves.

Did some crazy stuff! I do want to put 33's on it though. It will be a TIGHT fit but I need another inch.

Guy with 32's and a yota was doing a bit more than me. Of course he was welded front and rear, and I just have a rear posi.

I wanna put a powertraxx in the back and an Eaton E-Locker in the front.

Need to beef up the Dana 30 in the front too lol.

So much neat stuff to do on Jeeps too!

I'd go for the lift kit on the Jeep. It's hard to get a ticket playing off road. But I think you could cut your budget by 50% - 75% and still have a great lift kit. Especially if you just want 33-inch tires.

Confused Confused Does that $2600 figure include those 33's? Cause you can pick up lift kits for a TJ in the $600-$1000 range. Probably cheaper on eBay.

*Edit: Unless you're going to go really heavy duty with something like this.

I want the Rubicon Express heavy duty setups. Either 4.5" or 5.5" . I've seen them in action. Friend has a 5.5 on her Jeep it rules.

Will run 35" tires. The lesser kits don't come with any many parts, aren't built quite as stout, some don't keep proper geometry.

$2600 is just for the kit. Then I need shocks/tires. :O)

Like even the cheaper Rubicon Express kit doesn't come with an adjustable track bar (Panhard)
