Nice!
Let me show you how to build a 7.5" 10 bolt, and both can be yours.

That does look like fun. Did you bring along sun visors?
I vote for the Camaro axle. I want to see daylight under those front tires!

Pictures were up on some side road around Ape Caves.
Did some crazy stuff! I do want to put 33's on it though. It will be a TIGHT fit but I need another inch.
Guy with 32's and a yota was doing a bit more than me. Of course he was welded front and rear, and I just have a rear posi.
I wanna put a powertraxx in the back and an Eaton E-Locker in the front.
Need to beef up the Dana 30 in the front too lol.
So much neat stuff to do on Jeeps too! |

| I'd go for the lift kit on the Jeep. It's hard to get a ticket playing off road. But I think you could cut your budget by 50% - 75% and still have a great lift kit. Especially if you just want 33-inch tires. |

Does that $2600 figure include those 33's? Cause you can pick up lift kits for a TJ in the $600-$1000 range. Probably cheaper on eBay.
*Edit: Unless you're going to go really heavy duty with something like this. |

I want the Rubicon Express heavy duty setups. Either 4.5" or 5.5" . I've seen them in action. Friend has a 5.5 on her Jeep it rules.
Will run 35" tires. The lesser kits don't come with any many parts, aren't built quite as stout, some don't keep proper geometry.
$2600 is just for the kit. Then I need shocks/tires. :O)
Like even the cheaper Rubicon Express kit doesn't come with an adjustable track bar (Panhard) |
