Geeeeshhh Ian. You didn't have to wreck your car for an excuse to not go to cows.
Now you have a wrecked car, and we all still expect to see you there, even if you are riding backseat with Gabe and Norm McDonald. |

Baring any unforseen oddities, after I finish adjusting the cables I shall have an emergency brake. _________________

Let's just hope it doesn't roll over you while you're adjusting the brake. So close.... yet so far. |

Well I found the unforeseen oddities. My ebrake handle had been disconnected for so long the bolts holding it to the floorpan had backed completely out. Took me a good halfhour of adjusting and swearing to figure that one out. But I now I have an ebrake. It's the end of an era. Hopefull the end of my car committing suicide as well. As soon as my room mate gets home I can bleed the rear brakes (my mityvac sprung a leak) and I'll be set! |

I think your car has almost as many miles on it with no driver as with one! _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6
