if i go to oreillys and order the universal drive shaft loop is there a place to bolt it on, or will i have to drill holes or should i weld it on?
i need one for racing

Ew.
Those are scary and only bolt to the floor pan. Either get SFCs and build one off them, or get a torque arm with provision for one. Make sure to follow rules for your racing sanctioning body for sizing and placement.

where did you have to drill holes?
arent the SFC's kinda far apart to mount a loop to?

Get one of those torque arm relocation brackets with the built in loop. Might even be a tranny mount.

From the description on the site...
