				| I am installing rear pbr brakes, and came across a couple more questions. Are you able to reuse the copper washers for the brake lines? Also does anyone know, the location rubber hydraulic hose mounts to the rear end on the driver's side?

				| You can reuse crush washers if they are clean. Sometimes they'll still leak. You can try it. Hense the name "crush" washer, they crush to form the seal. Sometimes they are at their max crush and wont seal. _________________

				| You can get a whole case of them at any parts store for a couple bucks. Not worth the waste of time reusing them IMHO. |  |

				| Except that i've had some new ones that are evidently too hard and won't crush .. or seal. 
 Try the old ones, they generally work.

				| If the rubber hose you're referring to is the one with the brass block on the end, you can't miss where it mounts on the differential housing.  IIRC, it takes a 10mm bolt to secure it to the housing. 
 You might do yourself a favor while you have it apart and head to Belfair Hose by the airport (you are in Bremerton, correct?) and have some stainless braided hose made, they have all the fittings needed to make almost anything and just enough business to keep two guys busy for an 8 hr day.  They made all three of the flex lines for my LS1 rear brakes while I waited, and I didn't have an appointment

				| know its been covered, but I reused my copper washer when I put on my rear pbrs and had no issues. _________________

				| Alright, I am gonna reuse the copper washers. 
 I didn't want to use the SS lines because of the random failures they seem to have. The placement of the rubber hose mounting was obvious for the passenger side (back of the lower control arm mount). However on the drivers side I do not see a mounting hole/place to mount. It can't mount the same as the passenger side because the hose is much longer. Thanks

 And the drivers side caliper is mounted to the front of the car instead of the rear like the passenger side, so the hose connects to a steel line heading towards the front of the car.  (cant see beyond that lol, have to clear some snow)
 
 
 Hrm, I had a ton of pics of my brake swap but now cant seem to find them...

				| The PBR brake calipers both mount to the rear of the axle.  On the earlier (pre 89) cars with the cast iron calipers, the passenger side mounts to the front while the driver side mounts to the rear, hence both sides had the same part number. 
 Here are a couple of pics, courtesy of JamesC on TGO, showing the right and left calipers and the hard-to-flex line attachments for the aluminum PBR calipers, both sides attach to the back of the LCA bracket.  These pics are for a 10 bolt rear, but the only difference between 9 and 10 bolt PBR brakes should be the backing plates.

				| Well that is a different driver's side flex hose than I just got from rock auto. The one I got was much longer. The one for the passenger side is the same and hooked up fine. 
 I think I am going to use the hose i got and hook it up to the existing line without rerouting it.
