I need your opinions/advice on this. I have at my disposal a CNC laser cutter and I would like to do cool things for the crew. Namely, I think it might be viable to make flat panel brackets out of steel and then sell them as part of a weld it yourself kit. For some ideas, I was thinking tranny cross members, LCA relocators, thin wheel spacers, boxing kits for panhard/LCA's, and stuff of that nature. Do you think this would be a useful service? _________________ E30

I'd be interested! If I cut out some cardboard in shapes I wanted could you slice me up some metal?
Hell, the crew logo cut out of a piece of metal would be cool I'd pay for that just to tackweld it to my toolbox or something. |

I suppose I could do that. Lol. Guess all i would need is a picture of what you want.
And panhard relocation brackets and adapter brackets for mismatched ebrake setups. So would many other things. The main focus I wanted though would be to save people money by making them do the labor. |

Is it autocad designed, then exported to specific format? |
