Interestingly, over 100mph is supposed to be an automatic arrest, and reckless driving now in OR. But, if you are her age, I guess you just get a fine for the basic rule. _________________

I like the one Bill Engvall uses in reference to the "heat index" and "wind chill". The "speed index". _________________ 2008 GMC Z71

If she didn't know how fast she was going, then what compelled her to use the hazard lights? Is she saying there was some mechanical problem with the car?
If she is even half way smart she will pay that ticket, a judge can still toss her geriatric butt in the county jail. _________________ Killing mailboxes since 2009 |

If a person couldn't tell they were going 110mph then their judgement is obviously impaired for one reason or another. That lady should have her license revoked. IMO, I think the DMV should retest individuals every year once they hit a certain age. _________________ Richmond 3.73 posi| 36/24 sway bars | SLP LM2 | Koni's | Ground Control 800/200 | Y2K wheels | Dyno Don headers & Y-pipe | airfoil | BBK underdrive pulleys | Raised strut mounts | Extended ball joints | LCARB'S
