I dont know the mileage on the SVO's but they worked when I ran them on my car last spring. My brother bought them from a guy on LS1 tech last year and gave them to me for Xmas. I cant use them with the T-Ram intake so I may as well offer them up to some one who can.
I also have a stock set of LS1 injectors that I bought a couple of years ago from SLP. They have about 1K miles on them. They barely sealed on the T-Ram, but are still to small small for my current combo.

SVO red tops need O-rings, 90.00 bucks OBO
LS1 stockers, need O-rings, 70.00 bucks or OBO.

I prefer not to ship, if needed I can but purchaser would pay the shipping costs.

Why won't they work on the t-ram? They're a drop in for hsr and tpi.

They are physicaly shorter than the stock Bosche injectors. The T-Ram has the fuel rail cast into the upper plenum, so there is no adjustment. The shorter injectors either leak fuel, air or both. I need stock length injectors.

Yup yup

The older style that GM ran on the TPI were a (technical term)-hair taller than the LT/LS or SVO injectors. When you run them on a TPI car they work fine, but ride higher up in the LIM than the stockers.

I showed Armogetus (sp?) exactly what the problem was in my garage a couple weekends ago. I layed out a stock Bosche, SVO red top and LS1 injector on the bench and measure the top to top dimension of the o-ring with a vernier ( sp?) caliper. The difference was about 1/4" shorter for the SVO and LS1 injectors. Doesnt seem like much but it is enough to make it almost impossible to get the shorter injectors to seal up. The reason most of the injectors do not have o-rings is due to the sharp edges of the injector bosses on the t-ram. It eats O-rings when trying to set the upper plenum onto the lower plenum. Usually tears one and the only way to find the leak is to hear fuel spraying all over the intake or listen closely for a vacumn leak / sucking sound. Or drive it and look for KR.

The Ford pink injectors in my TPI are slightly shorter than the stockers, but they seem to work fine.

Yeah tpi injectors work fine in the hsr which has fixed rails and no injector retainer provision. I've had my red svo inj for years. In and out a few times with no troubles. Must be a shorter rail to boss distance than the t-ram then.

Too bad. They are IMHO the best injectors for the money.

I found that Holley injectors are the exact same length as the stock Bosche, but they are 500.00+ a set Shocked

Would there be any benefit of having these in my 305? Or would I need a turbo or something to use these

I wouldnt put these injectors on a 305 unless it was making 300+ HP. That would take a decent sized cam and a set of aftermarket heads.

30lbs is a bit much for a 305! Maybe with forced induction... Cool

I have SVO red tops on my HSR as well.

90 is a pretty good deal for some darn fine injectors. If I didn't already have some I'd be all over that. Laughing
