So I finished doing a bunch of little things to my camaro. One of which was cleaning the throttle body and IAC. It was sticky at/near an idle which made it difficult to drive around.

After cleaning, apparently some of the dirt was taking up space in the "slop" that is in the throttle body bushings. So now that it is clean, it will stick with a lot of the gas pedal. I thought I was going to get to drive it today, but as I was leaving the driveway the throttle stuck and my RPM's went up to 4500, so I parked it. Crying or Very sad

So, does anybody have a good throttle body for cheap or do I get to buy a new one?

Pretty sure, works great when the car isn't running. For some reason when running it jams. With it off the car there is a noticeable 1/8 inch of play in the shaft. With a quick throttle blip it returns back to idle, but when slowly released it jams.

Lube. Remove the cables and verify it's the blades sticking and not a cable somewhere.

Pretty common for the shaft to be worn so that vacuum pulls the blades up against the side of the throttle body.. Jams it right off idle. After that its fine.

As everyone says, make sure everything else is kosher first though.

I have removed the cable and it only jambs under engine vacuum. First thing I tried was spray tons of lube in there, and over all the pivot points, worked it around for a while, then toweled off the excess with no results.
