I get a lot of money back every year from taxes and it always goes into savings. And that's pretty much the case for any extra money that I get. It's the backup plan for when life throws something unexpected at me.

I'm with stupid

Due to some unfortunate unemployment last year, this tax return is going to be garbage anyway.

I'm sitting on more than enough cash to finish the Monterey, I've just been to busy with other stuff to get around to working on it. I'm shooting for the first and second weekends in February to have the headers in hand, and then it's just assembly, and then dyno!!! Very Happy New intake setup is at my Dad's shop, all the gaskets are in the trunk, I'm starting to get the project itch again. Yup yup

They cut hours at my work so bad, I think I'll get all my taxes back due to how much money I didn't make. I'm planning new valve stem seals and roller rockers for the Formula. And hopefully I can tune a chip before dyno. Very Happy

I don't know what I will do with mine, since I never have any debt, it will either go savings and/or maybe some travel, maybe I might even do the T56. But, that hasn't been sitting around for enough years yet. Wink

I was expecting around $1,600 but somehow in my pay system my exemptions got changed to "2" so I'm getting a grand total of $6.

I was gonna get nitrous, new carpet and maybe new seat covers. But now I'm thinking I'll be getting an air freshener.

I ran through my taxes today and it appears that I'll get back about 50% more then usual. I always get a big tax return. This year it is down right huge. I could literally buy a brand new small econo car. There will be no company bonus this year so I'll just pretend this is my bonus.

I seem to usually get nothing back. Last year was just a couple hundred and I haven't done them yet but H&R Block online says I should get back $12. Laughing

Looking like I'll have to pay this year. Can I do negative mods to my car with my negative tax return?

Wait, it's not bad enough that I have to sell parts off the 'maro to afford to pay taxes. Razz
