| Kyb's will be fine. Wires think Taylor or summit which is taylor with cheap boots. Cap n rotor autoparts store stuff is just fine, just make sure they have brass electrodes and not aluminum. |

I don't know how they compare to KYB, but I like the Tokico Illumina shocks & struts I have on the 89. Nice combo coupled with my WS6 springs. I'm considering getting some for the V6 in the near future. _________________ 92 Camaro

Summitracing.com is your friend.
KYB's are the best stock type shock. They beat up on the monroes, ranchos, etc...
Bilstein, Koni, Tokico, etc will beat up on the KYBs.
That said I have Koni yellows on the rear and 7 year old KYBS in the front. KYBs still do just fine. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

KYB-GR2's + Eibach Pro-Kit on the IROC =
NGK plugs are alright. The ones I've used were on par with Autolite.
If you have Baxter's down there they carry Blue Streak brand cap & rotors which are similar to MSD, but cheaper.
I got a Summit brand cap & rotor kit for my Dad's pickup and it had nice contacts. The plastic was thinner than the Blue Streak/MSD stuff, but not to bad. |

I have KYB-GR2 on my car with um.. whats them lowering springs that arnt made anymore? I also had the SAME shocks on my v6 for many years before I put them on this one. Stiff, but good for the price. What springs do you have right now?
Thats not really go-fast stuff. What are you looking into getting?
Just remember, speed cost, how fast you wanna go? |

You have a turbo daytona? I am thinking of picking one of those up for cheap since I have wanted to mess with a turbo setup now for a while. They are really easy and cheap to make very fast. What year is yours? _________________ Thirdgenless |

I'm with what the consensus says, the KYB's for the price can't be beat.
I'm pleased with mine _________________
