Welp this is great. Got my tranny rebuilt by cottman, 3 months ago, ive been back about 5 times... yeah of course its still not fixed. Its horrible, seriously horrible.
I wrote corporate 2 emails, no response, called them talked to a customer service rep and they said they would call me back after they contacted the cottman i got serviced at. They have no called me back. Im getting the complete run around.
Well now its finally came down to it, im headin back to cottman tomorrow to get paper signed that i was in there numerous times to have it fixed and the problem is still there, and if they dont sign that they have to sign a paper saying that i was just there that day with my problem... but yeah im taking the bastards to court. $3000 is a ripoff in the first place, but $3000 to have the thing not fixed and them working on it pretty much for a full month.. yeah
Anyway im just venting.
