| 3.23 would be best so i dont need a new speedo gear, dont you need a new carrier to convert to posi? it would be cheaper to just buy a rear end wouldnt it? |

| Someone please correct me, but I think you can replace the carrier without realighning the gears? The cheapest option for the money will be to get the entire unit, but if someone has a posi carrier laying around that's pretty cheap too. |

The Carrier is the posi unit or the open unit.
You can slap a new carrier in, but with the new bearings and different carrier backlash might be crappy. Should be checked with a dial indicator. _________________ A redline a day keeps the carbon away! |

I got a 3.73 posi disc rear. Posi is kinda on the fritz though. Even have the Driven gear correct for the trans.
I was askin $180, but that's a little flexible, if you think it might interest you. _________________
