to all those that have been on the receiving end, i now know it aint fun

tonight some jackass was ridding on my bumper, I could barely see his headlights in my rear view, i was going thru a construction zone rated at 50, as this jerk had been riding my ass for a little while. i looked down & was doing almost 55 & tapped my brakes to slow down & to warn him to back off, he rear ends me, then pulls along side yelling at me & tells me to pull over, we both proceed outta the blocked off construction zone (only 2 lanes & nowhere to park), we get out of the area, he pulls over, ihad called 911, as i thought he was going to run, we pull over, i had just steeped outta my car, still in the jamb & hes on the overside of my door yelling at me, that i did it on purpose & shizzle. i tell him to back off, hes maybe a foot from my face.
i then go to the back of my car to look & see if theres any damage & he comes back yelling at me more, this time just inches from my face, yelling at me to take a swing, he repeated himself like 5 times, i firmly in a stern voice told him to back off, i even heard the 911 op tell someone in the background that 1 of the people was uncoperative.
so all of this was recorded by 911 dispatch. after that i sat in my car, with the window down & heard him call 911 saying i threatened him. i think it was kinda funny that he cliamed that after him being recorded.
the cops showed up took our info & let me & the family go, i asked if he was going to get a ticket, the cop said probably & he was going to forward the info on the prosecuter to see if they want to press road rage charges against him.
oh yeah the dumbass was from ID & a personal plate that said "tattoo" his heard was shaved & he had mulitple tats, not saying tats are bad, i got 1

hes lucky he didnt grab a weapon or assaulted me as his corpse might be picked up from the side of the road about now.

nobody was hurt & no apparent damage to my car

Wouldnt have mattered if you did do it on purpose. You're never supposed to follow close enough to rear end someone else. (though leaving that much room is next to impossible usually). Would be his fault all the way.

yeah about 10 years ago i got a following to close, the jerk was pulling into my lane, not even all the way in & hit his brakes as a dog ran out.
it didnt matter that he pulled infront of me, but it didnt help that my license was suspended at the time, i think that played a big part in it too
