Well, shes been giving me lots of headaches lately, but I think I got her all sorted out. I was having a problem with the choke not closing and traced the problem to a ghetto eletrical tape repair to the electric choke wire connector. I fixed it with a slightly less ghetto (yet far more functional) zip tie repair! I finally got my 'system' installed except for my Fosgate subs since I'm working outside I gotta wait 'til it stops raining to finish it! The only other interior thing I gotta do is wire up the third brake light since I finally got the '91 hatch on. It will probably be Spring before I can start working on the body/gfx unless I get a garage in the mean time. Smile

Sweet! I gotta check that puppy out! Is it TPI or carbed?

BTW, did you see my car out of gas on the side of 405 last Wednesday?! I was walking up the ramp with my can of gas as you passed me in your '98.

Yes, I saw you and then I turned around but by the time I got back to your car, your were gone. I stuck around for a few...thought someone had picked you up since you were gone. Didn't see you with the gas can...sorry. Sad

Oh, and I think I have TBI...I'll be working on it Sat Morning...had the battery recharged and bought some injector/carb cleaner for it. Hope it starts...hasn't been started in 5 years.

I doubt you have TBI 'cause the Cross Fire injection had already been canceled by '85 and the LO3 wasn't yet available. You probably have a carbed 305 (LG4). Let me know when I can come by and check it out. Cool

If you want to come over tonightand check it out, that's cool.
I'll give you a call when I get home.

It is an LG4, but the intake doesn't look like any carb i've seen before. Whatever it is though, I'll have to live with it...lol.

Sorry Bro, forgot you don't have my number anymore! I'm at James' house right now. His Z is pretty nice. It is an LG4. Blue with silver gfx. Definitely a worthy project. What are you doing tomorrow, maybe we can get together. Call me at 253-476-4563.
