When the power steering pump tossed its belt on the way to work. Making our cars turn without power steering is not so easy, especialy trying to get it into a parking spot.
Anyway, that was my day so far...I will probably just drive to Jeep tomorrow, and put a new belt on there on Monday, hopefully the belt just broke, and something else didn't break.

Shatty. I luckily have never thrown/broken a belt. *knock on wood* Hope it stays that way!

Brakes are doing great. They dust a LOT. Tons of stopping power. lol, just the other day, I had to really grab them on the freeway to avoid a car who randomly descided they wanted to share a lane with me. Actualy locked up for a second until I backed off the pressure a little. At this was at 75mph. |

Fortunately, you don't have the serpentine setup anymore, otherwise you could have been without everything else too. _________________ 92 Camaro

I'm glad I don't toss PS belts at 6K anymore.
When you hit the end of the track at PIR and need to make that sharp turn... and realize there's no power! |

Well, I actualy got a chance to look at it yesterday... It didn't just toss the belt, the entire bracket ripped apart (luckily no studs broken in the head), so I am going to order up one of the summit PS pump brackets. So now ti won't be fixed until I get parts....fun, fun.
