So I was parusing craigslist this morning, and I went looking for something radical for my car. A new Mechanical Fuel Injection system!

I found one that I thought would be suitable for a decent price! it does need some work though.

Picked it up for $120. Came with the fuel line, and a Holley Street Dominator Manifold for an Oldsmoblie 350.

I was hoping in some slim fashion that you had knocked your head on something and were actually posting about an old school mechanical injection!

Still cool none the less. Very Happy

I have a barely used (200 miles) Holley 4Di Projection System. If you're looking for some nice fuel delivery that bolts onto a square bore carb manifold then PM me.

Like maybe a Corvette 327 / 375hp mechanical FI?! Oldschool and badass! Cool

allegedly its a 650cfm. I haven't run the numbers off the main body or the fuel bowls to see what it really is.

Talk about out dated FI. Might as well go with a Volvo CIS...

That looks EXACTLY like what I have. 650 DP Holley with chrome dual feed line. I have 4 corner idle though, doesn't look like you have all of them. I'm thinking about cutting the choke horn off and radiusing all I can. I got a 1" aluminum square/spread bore adapter so I can run it on my stock manifold too.

Does that make it bad for some reason? What exactly do you think it can't do well?

I'm undecided weither or not I'm gonna go chokeless or not. I'm leaning towards yes for now.

Edlebrock 600. I'm gonna sell the intake/carb with the braided stainless fuel line pretty soon here, and ARP intake bolts, for a pretty sweet deal.

something perfect for TBI guys who want to go carburated.
