and I haven't heard any mention of next years Dyno gathering. What gives?! Where is everyone sitting in their ability to dyno or meet up this year? I know a few of us will have some different combos to test/tune. More importantly, we have many beers to consume and I have many hours of guitar hero to sleep through. _________________

LMAO! Someone bought an LS motor eh?
I sure hope I have something to dyno although the combo should be quite similar. Machine shop said they should be done early to mid week next week.

Well yeah, I obviously want to test mine! Realistically though, I've got a new parts manager in here and he's a stickler. I want to be able to request the time off early. Trust me, my car will not be a dyno queen like so many LS cars.
Does that mean fully assemled next week or ready for you to start slapping all the parts on the motor? When's it going back in the bird and terrorizing unsuspecting Goodyears? |

I hope to have enough extra money to dyno. I've never done it before, I think it would be fun.
Around how much does it cost? Do we get a wideband A/F graph as well?
I'm excited for it, and I know I really need to tune my car better also.
Should be fun! _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

Very fun.
I have the worst memory, but I think it was $65 for three pulls+wideband? Someone will correct me I'm sure. |

I'm planning to attend. My son is looking forward to bringing his new GTA. I'm pretty sure I'll be putting down the same numbers as last year though, just haven't had any time to do anything further. Oh yeah, and convincing my wife I need $2400 for a new set of heads hasn't been easy. The TA will most likely be in stock form also. Since it's running good, we're just working on the chasis/suspension and fixing all the small cosmetic issues. Can't wait to see the other new projects though! _________________ 1990 IROC-Z, 383 HSR, 3.70 9-Bolt

I'll be dynoing a new combo. So I'll be excited to see what kind of numbers that I end up pulling. _________________

I plan to bring mine down. Undecided on putting it on the rollers. I haven't done much to change the numbers other than have the ECM tweaked a little. Other than the headers, it's still a stock motor _________________ 92 Camaro

We'll get your WOT tuned in with the WB AL. Just need an o2 bung.
Dyno talk usually starts around here. It'll be sometime in January. I'll probably dyno just to see how much power the new gears and 9" eat vs last year.
Might have a wankel to dyno. Who knows though. |

Yeah, usualy towards the end of october, or early november, I give Steve a call to set everything up. As long as we are going to have 10 or so cars to dyno, I will sure set it up. Figure, it will be the end of January as always.
I'll probably dyno, just to dyno, but I haven't done anything to my car, other than put another 10k miles on it. |

There's a guy in my welding class who has a pretty sweet notchback Fox mustang. I'm sure I could talk him into dynoing. _________________
