So, rode the bike to work today, noticed on 217 (almost to work), that it didn't really want to turn very well. Got to work, and the rear tire was down on pressure. After an hour, it was dead flat.

(sprinklers had just watered the grass, that is why the ground is wet)

So, I don't see any noticable holes, or a nail or anything stuck in there. I'm going to have to try a can of flix-a-flat in it, and see how it does riding home.

I will say, motorcycle that doesn't want to turn = pucker factor!

Fix-A-Flat. I've never seen that stuff work. Pop the front tire and roll with just wheels. !

Well, made it home in one peice. Pissed of a bunch of cagers, going 50 on the freeway. But I'm home. Now I just gotta figure out what happened, and hope that it is just a matter of replacing the tire.

Wow duder. Glad that you were ok. I really think you should take that in to tire shop and have a proper repair. You only have two tires and that was a near miss.

I have cold chills thinking about a tire blowing on the bike... usually at about 70 mph.

We need to go do our ride that got rained out before Thumbs up

P.S. Did you hear the drool in Paully's voice... think he is going to be an owner soon Wink

P.P.S. Did you see the lotus as Paully's avatar?

PS -- Really??? did he look at the one at his shop?

PPS -- Yeah, I was trying to figure out who was posting, that had such good taste in cars. Wink
