i made a dumb mistake this moring. i was gona drive to school when i get in my moms trailblazer thats parked in our driveway on a hill behide my brothers car and when i put it in reverse it wasnt all the way in gear so when i hit the gas it did nothing and i rolled forward hiting my brothers car and sending it into the brick wall of our carport ripping it down so now i have a riped down wall and a dented honda (not that bad but hes still going to kill me)and the trail blazer is fine as far as i can tell looks i got some work to do with that wall tho looks to be the worst of it but now when i get home a have to deal with my pissed off brother
im just happy i wasnt in or behind the camaro but at the same time i wish a was so i wouldnt have to deal with my brother _________________

I WAS gonna say that whatever you've done under the dumb ass statute, I've done worse.
But now I can't.

Wow, everybody is wrecking their cars this month *crosses fingers*
As long as the damage to the Honda isn't bad enough to need an autobody shop, I would try and talk your brother into letting you fix it so your already inflated teenage insurance rates don't go through the roof. |

i know its not really related but I'll tell this story anyway since cars piled into cars. I put remote start in my friends Sonoma pickup with a stick. Against my better judgement too but he is older and really insisted that i do it anyway. SOOOOO, about 2 months go by with enough warnings but no false starts. Then this:
He started his truck in the morning like usual. Unfortunatley it was in gear. It pushed his truck into his 96 fourrunner, pushed that into the garage door, pushed the garage door into his 80's something 525 whatever convertible bmw, and then PUSHED THAT into his new Neptune whatever frontloading washer set. The damage was hysterical!
Don't report this if you don't have to. Insurance bill will really hurt. |

Ive done worse in a Military Police vehicle I was going a little faster than I should have, hit a dip and caught a litte air. Tried to brake, but ABS prevented me from slowing very much on sand covered pavement. This was when Chevy Blazers were having problems with their ABS systems. Ended up in a pole and signifcant damage to the vehicle. I ended up with a suspended forfieture of pay for 6 months and some extra duty.
Travis, as far as remote start on sticks go, most manufacturers will insist on a "professional" install for that same reason as your exampe. It's a liability thing, if something goes wrong, the shop is held accountable. _________________ 92 Camaro

Boyfriend of a girl I used to work with had remote start setup on his mid 90's 4runner. Nice truck, lifted at least 8" and was running around on 35" tires. Dude got drunk one night, pulled over and they towed his truck. He went to pick it up from the impound yard and she hit the start button on the fob from across the impound yard and up it roars and with the wheel locked just a hair to the left it started circling the parking lot. _________________

push the crap back together, fix it with some quickcrete and paint it again... good as new, just as sucky
doesn't look to be much of a load bearing wall anyway, other than the added support I suppose... |

Just my $.02 | true but it a old week wall and it if it didnt fall or even held up better the honda would have a lot more damge cause the front of the honda was fine just a couple scatches if the wall was really that strong the car would look a lot wores _________________
