That sucks.
If you have your facts straight about what you said happenned then you need to get an attorney.
Sounds like the police are in the wrong and trying to cover their asses. |

Pretty much sucks. I agree with Rodney on this.
Did you have that rear end I sold you in there yet? If so, and you still had same 2.73 driven gear (if that was your stock one), you weren't going as fast as your speedo indicated. _________________ 92 Camaro

That Really sucks man. That was a nice looking bird you had...
again, with everyone else, if you were obeying the law and admitedly the officer wasn't, get a lawyer and fight em.
If you've gone numerically higher with the rear but the trans is geared for something numerically lower, than you'd be correct, you would have probably been going below the speed you indicated.
were there any witnesses to the accident other than the cop and yourself? _________________

Yeah, it is always hard when it is your word, version a cops word. I agree, lawyer up, and make sure you see a doctor about your sore neck. _________________

lol.
I've actually sold it once before. We are just consigning it now for my father's friend.
I think an 82 Honda would sell pretty easy in this economy. I meet tons of new riders each day, most just for gas mileage.
By the way, my father and I are working on a 99 Cherokee 4.0 we scored. Decided it would be much better if not left stock _________________

haha, another jeeper in the crew.
Yeah, if the panhead was like $8k, I might toss the idea around, but I can't really swing 14 for a toy. |

Thats what we hit it at. 8k Gets you a lot of bike anyways.
I might have an 01 R1 coming in with 20k Miles on it.....I'll stop hijacking.
Yes, another jeeper. They are addictive. _________________
