Ok, so i had to send my car back into maaco again and make them live up to their warrenty, all they needed to do was repaint the rear bumper, attack pieces to the front bumper they missed the first time, and fix my headlights.. it was sent in on the 20th and promised back on the 22nd then again the 24th, then the 26th.. thhhheeeennn well you get it, one excuse or another, then i called them this afternoon at around 2, they said it will be done and ready for you by 4... then they just called me now and said "oh well we have to respray the car so it will be done by either tomarrow or the next day"
here we go again with these stupid a** games.. seriously why arn't these guy's outta bussiness? Is it only me that's having these many problems? _________________

That really sucks man. I have heard bad story's before, but yours is un-be-frikin-leavable. I hope you will at least get the car back this time, at a point you are happy with, so you can finally be done with it, and enjoy the car.
Sorry Duder. _________________

It always sucks when the car is in paint-jail.
Hopefully they'll get it right this time though. _________________

Depends on the shop that you end up going to. The one here in Bremerton wasn't half bad when I had them paint my car, but that was 2000 or 2001. From hearsay, Maaco shops are all independently owned and operated, so quality will vary from shop to shop, and it's too bad that his seems to be one of the troublesome ones. |

can't lump maaco in with other paint shops, i wasn't the one who actually paid so i didn't get to pick the shop we took it too, we've had work done at 2 other local shops and their work is amazing... a lady hit our surburban this last winter and she took out the whole front end, the shop we took it too had it all fixed and repainted within 2 day's and it looked good as new and the paint is still looking good...
maaco just had so much overspray, problems actually putting things where they needed to go, and didn't know how to get a hold of parts for thirdgens.. that they ended up having to respray the whole car _________________
