I run the 11.5" aluminum caliper PBR brakes. Not huge by any means but answers your question.

How big are yours iansane?

The ones on my car are the standard lt1 discs. Although, I've got a pair of c6 z51 setups (calipers, rotors, parking brake modules) I was just waiting on ebmiller to finalize the adapters he was making for the vette setups to solid rear axles.
