Well, not really...
With the new wheels on the car, the brakes are very visible. I thought I should do something to make them look better until I can afford to do a BIG brake upgrade.
All it took was a wire wheel and some caliper & drum paint. It's not much, and it's temporary, but at least it looks better than the rust showing through the spokes...
Before
After
Also did the drums, which now really stand out, but...

| Caliper paint is awesome. Especially red.... unless you over heat it. Then it does a nifty black to red transition! |

| That's the Dupli-Color stuff with ceramic. Should hold up pretty good. |

Or at least long enough for you to buy my brake setup, right? |

i wouldn't mind doing something like that...but not in red.
what other colors are available.
other than the rims/tires, do you have to take anything off or do you just paint them while they're on the car? _________________ we all gotta start somewhere.... |

Several colors available, check at NAPA or other auto parts store for brake drum, caliper, and rotor paint (that's the name of it, but why would you paint the rotor?).
It was necessary to remove the calipers so I could get the back side, you need to be careful around the rubber boot for the piston. The drums came off easy enough. |
