Yea, well, I only put 500 miles on it last year. I hardly drive it anymore. I want to get a F350 becasue my wife and I are building our dream home on 5 acers. We plan to get 2-4 horses and I cant pull a horse trailer with my Z I've plenty of HP to get the job done, but I really need a full sized truck. I'm sure it's not going to sell anytime soon as it's a difficult thing to sell. So as for now, I plan on "keeping it" till I get the right buyer. I'll probally put it on Autotrader in teh next month or so. I really REALLY hate to see it go, but it's a matter of priority.
I am hoping to bring it to the dyno in January |

I think a scammer replied to my posting on Craig's list. I've heard of this scam where they send you a cashiers check for 10G's over the listed price. They come, take your car away, then 3 weeks later, the bank calls you and says you owe them 10G for a bad check.
Here's reply
Hello,
Thanks for your mail,.............I am highly
interested in buying the CAR and the price is okay with me$12,500.....
i will ask my agent to issue casher's check or money order of 22.500,
to you, i will want you to provide your name and address and also
your phone number so that i can forward it to my agent so that you can
receive the payment very soon so that when it clear in your bank, you
will deduct your money and send the balance to my shipper that will
come for the pick up of the car just immediately he get the balance from
you Pls get back to me as soon as you get this mail so that i can
know my stand...look forward to a successful transaction with you.

yeah. That seems to happen a lot.
I usually never give my email on the posting, just a phone number. It seems whenever I've put up an email address in the past, I get hit by one of those scammers.
I usually also spesify "local buyers only". _________________

Nice ride man, do what you can to hang on to it! I know all of us have heard our dad say " I wish I would have hung on to xxxx, it would be worth $$$$ now".
If you do sell it, for gods sake, by something with a Duramax! Please dont touch a 6.ohno litre. DO your home work before buying a Ford diesel, it will save you ALOT of money in repairs.
I did alot of research before buying my used Dmax, glad I did. 80K without probs, 21MPG highway 18 mpg sitting on I405 dailly, and plenty of power for towing the travel trailer. Do your home work before buying a Ford....... |
