Done. Moving the toque arm mount to the trans xmember and then it'll all go back in with the DS loop as well. |

| Yeah it's the pro5.0. Figured the stock shifter had seen better days with at least 150k on it. I like the adjustable stop thing. Makes each gear feel more solid. |

Your 305 kicked ass all over that T56! James saw you driving the Mudfinder the other day. _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6

Yeah, been driving that....thing few awhile now. While it's cool because it's big'n'ugly...It's so f'ing slow! And I thought my bird was slow.
The trans is back in the bird, just need to finish up the torque arm mount, fill with fluid, slap the shifter on and I'm ready to roll! |

Had some minor snags during instal. Mostly due to my hast and stupidity. Forgot to put the shift fork on the trans. Didn't notice till I had the exhaust on. Had to take the trans out, then I put the fork in backwards. deeerrrr.... Sleep deprivation. Anyways, just went on a test drive and it seems okay. I'll make sure tommorrow.
So far... Success! |

| I was. But I just swapped back to stock lt1 style last year. I wasn't getting enough engagement with the Weird unit. |
