well i was listening to 99.9 KISW today at work like i always do and they were saying that washington is the "greenest" state in the country we have lowered emissions and such 5% in the last year and im sure you all heard that bill clinton and some of the state governers and what not were here for a meeting in seattle concerning the rest of the country going "green"...i just thought that was interesting and it would be amusing to post here because F-bodies arent a highly known "green" vehicle lol

Can I register at your place? Laughing

I have two on my bird, one in July 03 when it was stock and passed and one in '05 when it failed miserably, just about as bad as yours Aaron! Very Happy

Wow, I didn't realize I've had my car for almost 4.5 years.

Haha... my all time worst... check the idle emissions:

I honestly don't know what was causing that problem. After I swapped the O2, coolant temp, and disabled the cold start it immediatly fixed it, so it had to be one of those.

Emissions techs = crackheads. Seriously. I've seen them type up single exhaust on it, sedan manual or automatic (despite obvious evidence Rolling Eyes ).

Just because you have two tail pipes, doesn't mean you have dual exhaust. Wink

My 2.8L just passed the sniffer test with no emissions crap at all and larger injectors. My HC was at the absolute limit during cruise but everything else was way below the limits. Who says f-bodies aren't 'green'?!?!
