I have to say, I'm actually kind surprised/impressed at the numbers... didn't seem like many people were getting such a high number (sub400s for most that I saw) , and they were running similar modifications.. apparently by running an underdrive pulley I can gain another 5hp out of it, but not sure entirely...

so Im pretty happy with the results ...
Mods so far power wise are:
Lid, K&N Filter, Ported Throttle Body, Stainless LT's / Y with no cats, and the GMMG Catback and now the 232/234 .595//598 112 cam

uh....no. He has a 4th gen Camaro.

Gen III Small Block, 346cid LS1. With basic "bolt ons"

*sigh*

Further proof I should build an LSX motor.

Unless you mean 305hp, which IIRC isn't far off for an F-bod LS1.

SS is rated stock at around 325hp / 350 tq

so though I didn't gain a whole lot of torque (partially because of the LT's, unfortunately) it's still a good # for me

Embarassed Duh I would like to apologize for my pedantic former post. I guess it helps if you actually read and comprehend what someone says before you tell them they are wrong. (I thought he meant they had a 305ci Small Block in them)

Smokin'! What is the stock rev limit at? My LT1 stops at 5800. Much over that and the pistons fall apart (I've heard).

stock redline was 6400ish ... randomassed number, but with the cam, springs and pushrods, I'm safer to about 6800-7000 before things start breaking
