Tony are you talking about that one that has the firebird logo on the back hatch and the front half of the car is painted blue and the back half painted yellow and has yellow wheels? _________________ Richmond 3.73 posi| 36/24 sway bars | SLP LM2 | Koni's | Ground Control 800/200 | Y2K wheels | Dyno Don headers & Y-pipe | airfoil | BBK underdrive pulleys | Raised strut mounts | Extended ball joints | LCARB'S

sure am, and i think it's black not blue. i talked to the guy once, when questioned about the logos he said (in thick hispanic accent) "is just for loooks" i wanted to drag him from the car and bludgeon him to death... buti settled for mashing the gas and leaving him in the dust when the ligh turned green...i was driving my 86 2.8liter firebird, NOT my trans am. |

sadly, it runs the texas mile faster than most cars, even many LS1's...
Texas is home of the fastest cars and best tuners in the united states, don't forget that
apparently this guy also owns a firebird, that was wrecked, and is working on swapping the LS1 into an older scooby... could be interesting, bitch to fabricate I'm sure |

worlds fastest NA LS1 6 speed on a stock short block, and now again worlds fastest NA LS1 6 speed period...
first top 10 of heads/cam in the 10's for LS1's
MTI (innovator of LS1 tuning, they know their shizzle, a lot!), G-Force, HPE (there are two-Horsepower Engineering, and Hennessey Performance Engineering)
Home of SAM (School of Automotive Machinists), most hardcore school for building anything EVER
there are honestly more performance shops, tuners, transmission specialists, etc specifically for domestic muscle than anywhere else...
It's a huge list... fastest LSx based cars are around texas
I'll be glad to leave though. |
