dealership. get genuine GM parts only on weatherstripping. the aftermarket brands are awefull. you can go online too www.gmpartsdirect.com to save yourself a little money.

you will first need to call a dealership to get the part number for the part(s) you want. this will be the hard part, because they usualy get suspicious when you ask for the part number. Laughing

or re you talking about the thing that is on the top of the door and rubs the window as it rolls up and down. if so that is called a "window sweep".

I forget which side is which, but I have a pair that I intend to put on my 89. GM part numbers are - 10124264 and 10124265. Go through www.gmpartsdirect.com like Tony said and they're not very expensive.

You can search TGO, some more popular GM items (like weather stripping) are listed there. Most of the time though, you'll need to call the dealer like Tony said.

Yeah, half the time I browse the board from work and can look stuff up there and get you ideas about what you'll be paying both walk-in stealership and cost.

So are you driving, or holding down the counter? If you're working the counter I should think of something I need to buy there so I can take a look at the new brakes on the Bird. Very Happy

Yeah, I'm only taking two classes so it's nothing crazy but I'm already making almost double the money because of consistent hours and such. More money, less stress makes for one happy firebird, and me. Laughing
