So at the beginning of the summer I promised my 16 year old sister i'd let her drive me camaro before the end of the summer and well...last night was the end of the summer. So to make good on my promise I took her to Costco where there is a HUGE empty parking lot and let her drive around for a bit. At first she just tootled about nice and slow but i shifted it down into first and told her "just step on it when you are coming out of a turn, thats where the fun happens!" So sure enough she womps on it and pitches it sideways coming around an island with the biggest grin on her face. This was the first time she had ever driven fast. next thing I know we are doing "figure eights" between two islands drifting and peeling out the whole time. Oh man, it was tons of fun but SCARY FOR ME!! to have my baby at the hands of a 16 year old who's never driven anything faster than an old acura!
her response "is this what racecar drivers do? cuz forget college, I'm gonna be a race car driver!"
All in all a fun time though, AND the cars ok

| I always wanted to do that with my little bro/sis, but they moved to Florida during the divorce so I never got the chance. I blame my bro's two accidents (18yr old) on a lack of older brother driving influence. |

That's awesome jake.....
Maybe someday that experience will inspire her to want her own third gen...
I never had an older brother to teach me how to drive. I had my licence before him. _________________
