i heads machined for bolt on studs and guide plates and installed full roller rockers, harden push rods, and a rocker stud girdle. I also replaced the holley 750 with a mighty demon 750 BT with runs better than the old holley. i ran 12.50's when i cranked up the boost up to 15 psi but keep blowing the hoses off when i hit third gear 2/3rds of the track. so i replaced a couple of couplers and having 2 more being custom made by a local turbo hose company (manufacturer of hks, turbonetics, and turbo hoses) also install a A/F gauge one the pillar and a fuel gauge mounted in the hood scoop (NHRA legal)

well... i gotta break the "666" posts.
if you price the parts in the engine compartment on the car its really a cheap build. a stock well broken-in engine will do. |

I have grand visions of turboing my 2.8L but a small block would probably be more realistic. The 305 in the Z is getting massive blow-by and thus probably isn't a worthy candidate for forced induction either. _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6

I'm of the belief that if the 305 ever comes out of the engine bay then a larger engine will go back in. _________________ '86 Trans Am - 5.0L TPI - LT1 cam - 700R4 - WS6

| yes it is everybody at the track thought it was funny i could do that without spinning them but i need to put slicks in the back if i want to go faster but i don't know if i want too. if i break the 12.50's i am required to wear a helmet. and if i wanna go faster i have to add 2 more points to my roll cage and use 5 point saftey belt. i just want a consistant car i could race for awhile. |

| yes there is a bracket (1/2"angle iron)welded underneath the turbo flange(where it Y's to the flange) to the bolt hole where your smog pump bolts too on the block. |
