Also I just found out about the adapter that lets you run a two piece crank into a single pice block....
Wow....

Cool..

what do you think about that crank??

this is cool as well.

Personally I'd go with a name brand of some sort.

Kind of like weight management miracles. If there really was one, everyone would know about it. There are no secrets.
