my dip stick comes out when running hard. I believe it crank case pressure it a bit high. I have a breather element on one side and a stock pvc on the other. i notice its stuck there due to the vacuum of the intake. on my other car the pvc is clicking allowing gases to be recirculated. what could i do? _________________

If the PCV is sticking it'll cause some excess crankcase pressures. Most of the time, even w/ a sticking/stuck PCV there isnt enough pressure in the crankcase to shoot out the dipstick.
If you take the breather off the valve cover and run the motor, do you see a fair bit of gasses/smoke? |

| Its crank case pressure for sure. We had that problem on a drag car at the end of the run the stick was popped out and a little oil would come out. On that car we ran the breathers through the headers and no more problem. Does sound like something is clogged up some where. |

| Well... that's a relief. I thought it was a lot worse after reading the title. |

I have the same problem myself but I have not fixed it yet although I know what I need to do. Maybe next month I will fix it. I plan on getting to recovery tanks and hardlining them from the valve covers to vent the gases. Anytime I really start to lean on her she spits the dipstick out. _________________
