There has been much debate about this on TGO. The general consensus seems to be that WC doesn't mean sh!t. Rolling Eyes

Well there is one advantage to a WC verses a NWC. My car has an NWC and I lost the front cluster bearing. On an NWC the cluster bearings ride directly on the cluster, and when you lose a bearing it wipes out the bearing surface on the cluster gear. On a WC they use tapered bearings that press onto the cluster and a replaceable race in the trans case. If I were going to have to buy one, I'd go for thw WC because of this reason. I'd spend a few more $$$ on WC, but not much. Other than this one thing, I can't really see any other advantages to a WC over a NWC.
