				| I have my panel off and I just replaced the motor. I will try to get some pics tonight for ya of the shortcut I found on tgo. Took me 20 minutes per side to do it now. Im not kidding either it was really only about 20 minutes. If you look on TGO you can find the article where the guy drills 2 1/4 inch holes right above the other rivets and that provides access to get to the revite to seperate the motor from the rest of the assy. _________________

				| I've personally done a Power to Crank window swap....it can be done inside of an hour on both doors if you have someone else to hold the window glass while you work on installing the regulator. _________________

				| According to my 1989 Camaro Service Manual (yes, I have an actual service manual now! woohoo!) :
Drill a hole through the window regulator sector gear and backplate.
Install a bolt and nut to lock the sector gear in position (I guess this is if you don't have anyone to help hold the window in position.)
Drill out the rivets using a 3/16 drill bit.

 That is all...

				| Yeah, that's about what it says in my 92 service manual. Main problem I was having was getting that 'assembly' out of door shell itself. Not fun. It's out now but I didn't have nuts/bolts to reattach. It'll be my tommorrow project. | |
