I am. Check out this vid I shot this morning.

http://home.centurytel.net/chevymads_stuff/flood2.wmv

Most of the field has gone down. But the creek behind my house has decided it wants to change channel. Part of it is running across the field, part of it is running THROUGH my barn, and part of it is going down the driveway. There's silt and grass moved 40ft wide back there. Had a hard time even finding where I could cross. To add insult to injury, all that water out there, and i'm out of water!! My water line got washed out. No way to fix it till the creek goes down. Couldnt even get to my spring, where we used to cross the creek is 8ft wide and 6ft deep now.. with 3 full grown trees washed out. Huge rapids etc.

When I went out to the barn, my shop part had 3" of water running 8ft wide through it. I'm glad I got the truck project in primer sunday.

Oh, and the road from Cathlamet to Skamokawa is closed. That 4mile stretch along the game refuge is under water. There's also a large slide. So now I have to drive around a 1 lane, 2 way road all the way around the refuge to go to work.

Took off from work early today. Been up in the woods since 2:30. Got the water diverted back into the creek. Shoveling sucks. I need to get the backhoe back over here. My water line is fine, my resevoir is full, but I still have no water. Seems so much silt washed down it filled my damn then the resevoir. I cleaned the resevoir but then the water line is plugged. Cut the line and cleaned out a plug.. and there's another further down the line. Been running a smaller water hose down the line.. can't budge it. Didnt have another splice so I had to give up for today. I can barely move i'm so tired.

SUweet! The water is back on. What a bugger to clean the line out. Had to cut it in 3 places. But finally was able to take a shower.

Been nice having the hot tub. Not only was I just jumping in it for a "bath" but we were dippin water out of it with a bucket to flush. Worlds only hot water toilet. Now that theres water again I probably oughta change the tub water too.
