what would be the optimal timing degree to run on my 5.7 TPI? now iv read in the performance books i have that it does good around 10 12. mines at 8 degrees above TDC so what would be the best thing to do _________________ gas brake dip dip |

It depends on the engine itself.
You could run more timing and it seem okay, but you could be knocking and the ECM pulling the same timing you added. You'd need a scan tool of some sorts to monitor that.
If it's stock, put it at 6-8deg BTDC and call it good. |
