When installing the carrier in the rear end of one of these cars here is some advice. If you have too much preload on the carrier bearings and it goes together pretty tight, it will be damn near impossible to remove later on. Duh

Had to make a puller to get it apart. No damage and the rear end was silent so I guess it doesn't hurt to be tight.

Tomarrow, I will be able to spin donuts again. Razz

if I had to go buy a special tool everytime I come across something like this I couldn't afford to work on stuff.

no i was totaling the cost of the wrenches and the spare tubeing and bolt that you had their.


I know i try not to buy all the special tools that are offerd or i would be poorand live in my car.

makeing your own tools to get the job done rules.
