well i had installed my orignal axel rebuilt with 3.73 and eaton posi, bought new tires cooper cobras with the raised white lettering facing out (going for the era correct look), also installed a new holley 670cfn avenger. Its kinda squirlly around turns the posi really makes the tires bark. the holley seems to have a consistant and smooth power. may need a spare tranny t-5 world class if i could find one.

Sounds like some nice upgrades. Was it an open diff before or did you just blow it up? Which car?

I blow up the orginal 3rd member and been using a 3.53? posi disc. i decided to have the orginal axel to be rebuilt with motive gear ring and pinion and eaton posi.

BTW i am using the "royal purple" systhetic 75w90 lube with limited slip additive

I just bought some of that because it was a dollar cheaper than mobil 1. You like?

i like it. alot of racers uses that oil and haven't heard of anyone having problems with it. and it was sudjested by the shop that rebuild my axel.

i installed a new holley mech. pump(80gph @ 7.5psi) today to help feed the power demands of my right foot.
