k i have 86 camaro and would like to know if it is berlinetta or base model coupe has 2.8 5 speed stock no markings anywhere says coupe on title

Vin characters will distinguish the berlinetta from all others.

For 1986 the Berlinetta model will read like this:

1G1AS87XXGX100001

The "S" designates Camaro Berlinetta only.

All others (Sport coupe, RS, Z/28) will have the sport coupe"P" character in the 5th spot.

I don't know what washington is like but here in oregon my Z/28, Berlinetta, and my old 84 Sport Coupe read like this

Style: Cp
