They make a ABS plastic headline that you can cover in the right color, much better. IIRC a couple of the sponsers on TGO sell them, along with some place on EBay _________________

Had mine re-done just down the street from my place on Illahee Road, by University. Even used a new ABS backing, but I haad it done with the rest of the interior so I can't quote a price for you.

Year one has kits. Comes with material for headliner, t-top covers and sail panels. I'll find out if you really need the abs headliner or not soon enough.

if they are not too damaged you can always repair the jheadliner board. if you ignore the crappy cover job and feel mine it is SOLID! and it came out in three pieces! i got some fiberglass fabric from vatozone and glued it on the weak.broken places with 3M super trim adheiseve and it is still rigid as all hell.

What color? I have a black covered ABS plastic one that's been sitting in my shed for years. Want it for cheap? Might need to recover it. My buddy did it when he was 16.

In the 15 years we've had our formy, I've tried most everything to repair the headliner. It would never stay very long. Finally I bought an abs liner. Looks great, fit easy, NO MORE PROBLEMS. I wouldnt even bother with trying to repair the thing. Get an abs and forget about it.
