where's Jess?!?!?

I think if you got rid of the "Party with the cows 2006", that'd be a great design to put on a T-shirt.....

You know you don't need Jess to do that. It's not like you'll be infringing on copyright or anything. Or that we'd care. If you do extra's sell them on the board then send the profits to Jess for board costs.

If you know where to have it done. Do up a few.

Which brings up the topic. How are we doing on that? Havent heard where we're at on financing for awhile.

EDIT*
also i kinda think it would be cool to do a run of "signature/banner" images featering just one member car. it would be in that same format but at the bottom instead of saying "3rd gen fbodys" it would say "IANSANE driving "Winkey" or "Schultzy89GTA" driving the "Red Sled". showing off a perticular member and there car. i think i am going to do one to show you what i am talking about..

EDIT**
here it is, just did it real quick.

EDIT***
another, after the first one it's kinda easy...

EDIT****
another...

I'll have to double check my spreadsheet at home, but I think we are about $60 behind year to date costs. I also think we're good till next year on site hosting, but domain registration is due in August. I'll double check sometime this week.

Jess,

Maybe we should design another sticker or something else. I'll contribute someway, but for those of use who have bought a lot of stickers already, something else would be a nice way to contriibute.

I can use Coscto's photocenter for mouse pads and coffee mugs. (or even ornaments if the crew so desires - shirts might be cheaper other places but they do shirts as well) We would probably be looking at about $6+ for a mouse pad and $15 for a coffee mug. Shipping not included. They charge $3.95 for the 1st item in the order and then $1.50 for each additional item in the order.

Dude. Internet posting 101. Here it goes, so maybe now you can stop blaming IE or websites, for your lack of l33t postings skilz.

The ONLY file types that are hotlinkable, are ones that end in VALID image extensions. Rember, this site runs on PHP, the PHP script automaticly makes a html document to load, in that document, it must put it image refrences. IF the URL you are trying to include is not a valid image file extension, it will NOT work.

You tried to hotlink a script in the img tags. It isn't going to work, period.

So, for future refrence. If the URL you are hyperlinking does not end in the following, it will not work. (ok those are the 4 post common)

.jpg
.gif
.bmp
.png

So, the moral of the story, if you link from TGO, or random-image, or whatever, if the URL ends in:

.php?variable=whatever

it will NOT work, ever, ever, ever.

end of rant.

But it also includes a URL to a script, and also contains a variable, so unless the person has visited the THAT pictures, and cached it (so their PC actualy pulls up the picture), our server is not able to run the lookup on the image to hot-link it, bacause of that variable.

Sorry, I was just tired of seeing posts with red x's, and you complaining about hotlinking, and IE, and who knows what not.

That's awesome. It'd be cool to have crew tshirts with a design/most of our cars ina group photo shot on the back and one of those individuals on the front breast area.
