I'm selling my trans am because i can no longer afford to pour money into it and I really need money to continue my education. I really can't afford to drive it either, as much fun as it is. It's got tons of mods and crap, the only thing that really needs to be done is it needs a 3" i-pipe put on, it's got the flowmaster and the headers and custom massive y-pipe, and the newer worldclass tranny I put in it will need to be rebuilt soon. the starter is kinda cheap so sometimes the teeth dont' engage, but it always starts after a few tries. also the quadrajet really needs to go, it runs alright but would benefit from a better carb. and the headers leak at the heads a bit. steering column needs to be replaced and i have the new non tilt one to go in, just haven't done it yet, come buy it and you can drive it home. if you want details just ask. It's a longshot but i need to try to sell it to someone that will actually take care of it and finish the project i don't want it to turn into some rusty piece of crap in someones backyard or get wrecked by some punk kid, or get parted out. It's a really rare 84 trans am ws6 with special appearance package, t-tops, 5 speed, and blue interior. I'm asking $2000 or best offer and if that seems a bit steep, it's because it bluebooks at about $1500 plus i put over $5000 in parts into it. Once the exhaust is finished it should have about 315hp at the rear wheels. not a slow machine by any means, especially with a 5-speed and 3.73's.
