Just a reminder. If you pre-register before may 1st for the car show you'll get a free t-shirt, dash plaque, and "goodie bag" with your entry. If you register here you won't. The form's are linked on the first post of this thread. |

Ack!
Thanks for the reminder B. I have mine all ready to go in an envelope. Will drop it in the box tomorrow. Sounds like the new folks have a pretty good idea how to run one of these.
Make sure you put down Cascade Crew for your club affiliation guys. Usually they have a trophy for the club with the most cars there.

I'll be there Already sent pre-registration and put in for the Friday off. Any others made plans for group travel from over here on the west side? I'll be doing the tent thing when I get there. |

Most of the people running it this year are actually car guys themselves. They've had quite a few meetings over the last 6 months getting things setup too. Not last minute crap like the fire dept did.
Glad to hear you're coming down Al. Will be nice to meet you. Plenty of tent space. I think there will be plenty of sleeping bag space inside as well. If the worst happens and it rains.. we could always pitch the tent in the barn! Just lookout for my traditional early morning "in the barn" smoke show.
This year they're barbecuing chicken and salmon I think at the car show instead of ribs. I know their salmon won't be like what i've been cooking for Saturday's dinner. Any objections to me still bbq'ing some salmon? We may have to survive on Alaskan Reds again though, not many Columbia springers getting caught. |

I will never object to you bar-b-queing salmon! Part of what I look forward to every year.
Almost close enough for a count down.

Just got word today that there are 60 pre-entry's. Also there will be a nostalgia dragster that they'll be firing up at times. Cruise-in magazine will be at the show taking pictures as well. Now's our chance to get famous.
Couple of thoughts. Was wondering if we should get a keg of say.. Fat Tire?? A friends folks just got their liquor license, and I think my dad has my brothers tap yet. We could probably get it near/at cost.
Also since this place only has one bathroom, and you guys just bout killed it off last year. I'm thinking we might want to rent a Porta-schultzy.
Anybody/everybody willing to pitch in on either? I still have to get cost estimates. |

Hey B i'm willing to donate $$$ to both causes, i offered some last year & was turned down, not once, but TWICE !!!!
but i think you are a little confused (or is that permanent brain damage), referring to the about killing off your bathroom, im pretty CERTAIN we did NUKE it
Hell im willing to bet, its STILL glowing at night
renting a porta-schutlzy, that was funny

Heck I'd chip in a few dollars even if I'm not going.
I've been to too many partys with no bathrooms. Beer + no bathrooms = BAAAAD |

Now staging on the front deck.
One out, one in.
I'll bring some cash, that sounds like an awsome idea. |

Got the first quote on beer tonight. Microbrew's like Fat Tire, and Drop Top come in what they call "6" kegs. Looks to be 1/6th of a normal keg. About the size of a Pepsi fountain container. This would be $75 each $150 for 2. No deposit since they know me and I have my own tap. Now normal average beer, like say.. MGD we can get a full keg for $100. So if you want a keg, lets see who wants what and how much. |

Well I prefer the Ambers but that is quite a price differential. Looks like the MGD is the better deal.
I'm in either way.
How are we doing the hard stuff this year? I'll bring at least one 'good' tequila.
