On their exhaust. I'm thinking of shorty headers into a Y pipe, to a electric cutout thru to a single exhaust. Idea's, comments, welcome.
Motor is 350, performer intake, 650cfm carb, gnarly cam, vortec heads |

| I have the setup your thinking about. Headman shorties, mod the Y pipe to 3", electric cutout, and a 3" Banks cat back. Seems to be plenty for my 350 making about 350 hp at the crank. |

| Are the gains worth it for the price of the cutout? What is RPM ranged is increased the most? |

I only gained 6 hp at the wheels with the cut out open. I also have one of the best flowing 3" single exhaust out there. $200 could be better spent on other things in my opinion but the electric cutout is a fun gadget to have on the car. |
