It's that time again almost. Now that dyno is over its time to put up the post.
This year its the first weekend of June again. Rods n Reels car show is on the 2nd. Those of you who attended last year should have gotten an application in the mail. For those who did not here's a link to the event's facebook page. The app is there.
https://www.facebook.com/home.php#!/pages/Rods-Reels-Rod-Run/110653972296884
I'll post more info as the event gets closer, but I think most of you know how this works allready. |

Got some bad news, turns out I have to work Saturday the 2nd, fortunately its only a stone's throw away in Chehalis.
I was going to cruise up Friday afternoon, hang out, hit the sack early, and roll out, and then come back Saturday afternoon/evening when I'm finished working there.
Looking forward to seeing everyone again. |

Dude, Chehalis is a bit more than a stones throw from Skamakowa. I used to live there.
It's more like an hour and a half, but I guess that's not bad. _________________ 84 Camaro Z28 - LS1/T56

Well as it says in the first post, the car show event is on the Saturday the 2nd. Generally everybody arrives on friday. Cruise to the beach/Astoria on sunday. I have friday and monday off so people can arrive or leave early/late.

And I swear there was at least one other post for this this year. But I dont seem to find it.
Bring sleeping bags, tent if you wish, swim suit for the hottub, beverage of choice and we should start a food list.
Usually Friday I get pizza, Saturday morning there is a breakfast being served near the car show, car show has a bbq with chicken or salmon. Not sure what we'll cook saturday night but be ready to grill something. Will need sides, snacks, and food for sunday for those who stay. |

Ok.. 1 more week. A word of warning, once you get to longview watch your speed. The officer per driver ratio goes waay up. They've been swarming around here like someone poked their nest with a stick lately.
Let's start a roll call please so I know who's coming and when to expect you. That way I can try to have enough food here etc. |

I have Friday off and expect to be headed out by about lunchtime. As usual, I'll bring my own sleeping arrangements.
Also, a side dish of potato salad for Friday or Saturday night. _________________ 92 Camaro
